West German Prostate Center

As one of the centers in Europe with the highest caseload of patients with prostate disease, the West German Prostate Center offers the entire spectrum of diagnostics, therapies, and follow-up care for patients with prostate disease. A team of experienced specialists, who have joined their expertise in various fields under one roof, provides patient care on the highest level.

Aside from the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH), the West German Prostate Center specializes in the treatment of prostate cancer with innovative Advanced-Technology Radiation Therapy, the so-called brachytherapy. Since the founding of the interdisciplinary facility in the year 2002, more than 1200 seed implantations and 1600 afterloading therapies were performed treating localized restricted prostate carcinoma.
